Richter is going to be tl;dr and full of symphonia spoilers ( and will once again prove what a horrible person i am )

Judith is jumping on the tales of high school bandwagon, in which she's that one weird girl from some country in Europe no one's ever heard of who lives with her foreign-exchange student cousin who doesn't speak a word of English that she constantly has to translate for. She excels in all sports, and is the head of the home-ec club. Her skirt is always several inches shorter than regulation allows and never gets in trouble for it, and also hangs out with that one delinquent a lot and there are ~rumors~ about her and the student council vp. Has a record number of demerits for 'forgetting' to put her shirt back on after changing for gym. Occasionally pretends not to speak any English to mess with teachers who don't know her. Full of shenanigans in general.

River is going to be from a 'verse where she never went to the Academy, thus stained sane if extremely quirky! Prepare for a bratty prodigy with way too many talents and time on her hands. Will still be very lightly psychic, which will mostly pass as being able to read people well. Still lives with her super rich happy fambly, though she's a pretty free thinker and once she goes off to college is rebel counter-culture leader just waiting to happen.
